Make your account and log in

Your account is free to start. You can use it on a phone, tablet or computer.

1. Open the website and tap "Start free".
2. Write your shop name, your name, mobile number, city, a username and a password, then tap "Make my account".
3. You are logged in straight away. On the dashboard, answer "What does your shop make?" (gents, ladies or both).
4. Next time, open the site and tap Login. Forgot the password? Tap "Forgot password?", write the shop name and mobile — the admin sends a new one on WhatsApp.

Install the app on your phone

Darzi Pro installs like an app — no Play Store needed — and keeps working without internet.

1. Android / Chrome: tap the yellow "Install app" button at the top (or in the dashboard). Tap Install.
2. iPhone: open the site in Safari, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen".
3. Open it from the home screen icon. A start screen with your shop name shows while it opens.
4. When we release an update, the app updates itself the next time it opens.

Set up your shop once

Five minutes of setup makes every order faster.

1. Settings → shop name, address, phone and logo. These print on every bill.
2. More → Garment types: switch off what you never make, add your own (e.g. Maxi, Angrakha) with the sizes to take.
3. More → Order options: choose the collar, daman, cuff, pocket and other styles you use, and add your own choices.
4. Order options → Extra charges: save lace, dupatta folding, buttons … with their price. They become quick buttons on the order form.
5. Own measurements: add size names your shop uses that are not in the list (e.g. "Cuff width").

Take an order

Everything is on one screen. Only the mobile number and name are required.

1. Tap the big + (New order). Type the customer's mobile number — a returning customer appears with his old sizes.
2. Pick the garment (Shalwar kameez, Ladies suit …), quantity and stitching price. Write the design, e.g. "Pistachio green dress".
3. Type the sizes in inches. Tap the style chips: collar, daman, cuff, pockets. Write special requests in "Farmaish".
4. Extra charges: tap a saved one (e.g. Dupatta fancy lace) or "Add extra charge" and type quantity like 5.5 meter × Rs 300.
5. Give work to karigars (optional): choose who does cutting, stitching, embroidery …
6. Add photos or a voice note, pick the delivery date, write the advance and how it was paid (cash, bank or other). Tap "Create order".

Bill, measurement slip and WhatsApp

Two separate slips: the bill for the customer and the measurement slip for the karigar.

1. On the order page tap "Bill" — every item and extra charge with quantity, rate and amount, then total, advance and balance.
2. Tap "Bill on WhatsApp" to send it to the customer with a link to view it online.
3. Tap "Measurement slip" — sizes, styles, farmaish and who does which work, without any prices. Print it or send it to the karigar.
4. Both work on A4, 80 mm and 58 mm printers, in English or Urdu.

Move orders and take payments

1. Open an order and tap the big button (e.g. "Mark as Stitching") to move it to the next step.
2. When it is ready, send the customer a WhatsApp message from the order page.
3. At delivery, tap "Collect & deliver" to take the balance and close the order in one go.
4. Take a part payment any time: Payments → Add payment → choose cash, bank or other.

Karigars, their work and hisaab

Each piece of work (cutting, stitching, embroidery, ironing …) can go to a different karigar.

1. More → Karigars → add a karigar with a username and password. Send him the login on WhatsApp.
2. Kinds of work & wages: switch on the work your shop does and write the usual wage for each.
3. In an order, choose the karigar for each kind of work. He gets a notification on his phone.
4. The karigar opens his app, taps Start and then Done. The order moves forward by itself.
5. Karigars → Hisaab: see work done and wages earned this month, and record money you give him.

Expenses and reports

1. More → Expenses: add rent, electricity, materials … with cash, bank or other.
2. Reports → Daily: today's money in and out, cash in the drawer.
3. Reports → Monthly: profit or loss, money in by cash, bank and other in separate columns, and a day-by-day table.
4. Tap Excel to download the report.

Your shop website

Every shop gets a web page at yourdomain.com/your-shop-name.

1. More → My website: write a tagline, about your shop, timing, WhatsApp number and Google Maps link.
2. Fill the rate list and other services, and upload photos of your work.
3. Choose a colour (Business plan: your own colours and logo).
4. Share the link on WhatsApp and Facebook. Customers can see rates, call, message and track their order.

Refer & earn

1. More → Refer & earn: copy your link or share it on WhatsApp.
2. When a shop signs up with your link and uses a paid plan for the set number of days, the reward is added to your wallet.
3. Use the wallet for your plan fee, or ask the admin to pay it out.

Plans and upgrade

1. More → My plan shows what your plan includes and how much you have used.
2. Tap "Get this plan" on a plan — a WhatsApp message with your shop details goes to the admin.
3. Pay with the details shown. The admin switches your plan on.
