What we collect

Shop details (name, phone, city), user logins, and the records a shop enters: customers, measurements, orders, payments, expenses, stock and photos. On the contact form: your name, phone or email and message.

How we use it

Only to run the service for your shop: showing your records to you and your karigars, the tracking page for your customers, your shop website, backups and support. We do not sell data.

Who can see it

Each shop sees only its own data. Karigars see only the items given to them. Your customers see only their own orders after typing their mobile number. Your shop website shows only what you put on it.

Security

Passwords are stored encrypted. Photos and voice notes are not public. Connections use https on the live site.

Data on your phone

For offline orders the app keeps a copy of your customers and unsent orders on the phone. Logging out removes the customer copy.

Keeping and deleting

Your data is kept while your shop account exists. Ask us to delete your shop and all of its data is removed.
